Ok don't kill me...!

Those faithfull fans have been wondering what's up with me. Thanks for always checking my site. The big move to Holland has not kept me on stable ground. Getting to know a new country is not easy the first few months.

Ok let's talk bodybuilding!

I was sad. I did not have a chance to go to the Olympia06 this year. Last year was fantastic. How about the FBB results? I kept in tune over the internet. I will not comment much but I was pleased with the results and thinking...someday I'll be on that stage!

In Holland, my new home, it's difficult to find serious bodybuilders in the gyms. Would you believe there is a gym for "men only?" There are several just walking distance from my place and they hardly ever heard of "bodybuilder" female anyway. I am managing to get my feet wet slowly in the bodybuilder circle once I find it.

So, in Amsterdam there was the IFBB Europa Pro in October. Ronnie, Jay and other monster greats gracing the stage. The overall amateur winner was able to compete with the Pros. Unfortantely no FBB but other female "categories."

While surfing the internet I stumbled across an amateur contest in the country side of Holland. Juliette Bergman was one of the judges. It was the first time I'd seen a "body fitness" male & female category. I also met Aviva who will be competing in

Holland's National FBB contest next April. I hope to get

more connected so I can begin to compete in Holland and Bring da' house down! MsFlex from Japan is comin'!
