Not MIA-Missing in Action

Im not missing in action. Im here, I just been a bad girl not checking in with the blog. I'd like to share something fun I like to do after a workout. I love to go to the sauna and take a nice hot shower. Anyone is always welcome to train with me physically or virtually. I will soon have the right equipment for video cam. I want to get the best cam with good clarity and extra lighting equipment. So, you can see the veins in my arms or the pimples on my.... Well, Im working on it just be patient. In the meantime lets enjoy a swim. Love to feel the water trikkle down the deep arch of my back.
