RELAXXX PAMPER MYSELF

Hmmm. You may wonder how I like to relaxx! This is my Japanese bath, it is heated by gas. The body is washed outside the bath. The high temperature relaxes the muscles and soothes the skin. I love to use bath salt and flower my body with rose petals.

OOOOOHHH What a feeling after the bath. My skin is ohh so soft and smooth. My muscles ever so relaxed. I love to touch my skin after a Japanese bath.

This is another relaxing moment. I love to get facials once a month. However, this photo was taken because it's my first eyebrow wax. I dont need arching just cleaned up a bit. OUCH! But I loved my new superstar look. It's amazing how beautiful you feel with a little change. How ya like me?

OK! YES! these are real socks worn by Japanese school girls. They are held up by sock glue.

My Japanese House

In the Golds Gym Osaka locker room. OOOH, what a pump! Working biceps feels fabulous.

For those curious of what a typical Japanese house looks like this is it.

This is called a Japanese toilet, squat toilet. It is difficult at to use at first but once you get used to it, well...never really used to it. It's also sanitary as shoes are not worn inside the house and only toilet shoes are worn in the toilet area. However, for "doin yo business" its the most natural position for kidneys and it keep people from hogging up toilet time.

Ahh, the deep bath. This is the most relaxing part of the day. The bath is heated by gas, it boils like a bowl of soup. It's only used for soaking, no soap washing is done outside the bath. There is a stool to sit on and wash. The scoop is used to scoop water the bath into the bowl for washing with soap. As a Westerner may wash and soak in the same water never thinking doing this makes you dirty again.
But I love the Japanese bath and community bath houses its most relaxing. A popular place I visit.
http://www.spaworld.co.jp just click through the floor guide. It has Asian & Europe bath scenery, estethics, gym, massage, pool, etc. I spend the entire day here.

Lastly, my upstairs rooms. One to the left and right. The photos on the wall I call my Love Wall. Every card, motivational letter, love letters I put on this love wall just to remind me that someone out there, loves me. Kinda need that when your family is 1/2 way across the world.

FUN AT HOME POSING!!

Konnichiwa.
At the gym locker room. I'm just showing off my new Golds Gym Jacket. I got it because I introduced some friends and they joined! Woo hoo!! I work my network. Its so nice to get something free just for doing a little introduction for Golds Gym Osaka. Which reminds me, I still have to spend some gift certificates.

Hanging out at home, I decided to take some pics with my cell phone. I put in on self timer, not bad, eh!
Weightt 72kg.
This is what I do sometimes after or before a workout or just after a bath to get myself pumped up! How ya like me from the BACK! Gettin' wider and wider!

Its been a long time, Ohisashiburi

Im glad to be back online after the long days without it. I bought a new notebook and I love it. It's the Sony Vaio Tx! It's wonderful. I can go anywhere with it, just throw it in my bag and keep going. Now, just recovering from Jet Lag. Oh, if you've had it, it's no joke. It feels like your body is in a drunken state throughout the day.

I just spent three weeks in USA. I miss my family very much was happy to see all of them. My grandmother was honored as Mother of the Year. I haven't been home for Mothers Day since I've been living in Japan.

I went to a car/motorcycle show sponsored by my uncle's dealership. It was soo cool to see and Bubba Sparks performed. Here are a few of the showings.
